Storage: Upon Arrival, Place steaks in freezer (even if they arrive cold, un-frozen), butter in refrigerator & seasoning at room temperature in a cool, dry place.

Thaw: When you are ready to cook your steak, place in refrigerator overnight.

Cooking: After thawing, let steak come to room temperature. Season generously with AP2, House Seasoning or Kosher Salt & Black Pepper. Wagyu Loves SALT
