All meat is individually vacuum sealed, frozen, and packed in a styrofoam cooler with storage instructions, information about our ranch and your requested note enclosure.

Wagyu Butter - compound butter made onsite with rendered Wagyu fat folded into whole butter with fresh chopped parsley and AP 2. Great for everything from fishing a steak to potato and vegetables; even eggs in the morning.
