Heating Instructions


Turkey

HEAT OVEN TO 350°. PLACE COLD TURKEY IN OVEN FOR 60-90 MINUTES. REMOVE FOIL COVER AND BASTE WITH NATURAL JUICES OR STOCK/BUTTER EVERY 5-10 MINUTES UNTIL 165° AND GOLDEN BROWN. LET REST OR PLACE IN WARMER BEFORE CARVING.

Ham

HEAT OVEN TO 350°. PLACE COLD HAM WITH FAT SIDE UP IN BAKING DISH, LIGHTLY COVERED WITH FOIL. ROAST IN OVEN FOR 30-40 MINUTES. ALLOW GLAZE TO COME TO ROOM TEMPERATURE. REMOVE FOIL & BASTE WITH GLAZE EVERY 5-10 MINUTES UNTIL 165°. LET REST OR PLACE IN WARMER BEFORE CARVING.

Sides

Red bliss garlic mashed potatoes

IN A PREHEATED 350° OVEN, PLACE CONTAINER IN OVEN WITH TIGHTLY WRAPPED FOIL FOR 25-30 MIN. REMOVE FOIL COVER AND STIR VERY WELL. TOP WITH THIN BUTTER SLICES AND PLACE IN WARMER UNTIL SERVICE.

Cornbread chestnut stuffing

IN A PREHEATED 350° OVEN, PLACE CONTAINER IN OVEN WITH TIGHTLY WRAPPED FOIL FOR 25-30 MIN. REMOVE FOIL COVER AND TOP WITH THIN BUTTER SLICES AND PLACE IN WARMER UNTIL SERVICE.

Green Bean Almondine

IN A PREHEATED 350° OVEN, PLACE CONTAINER IN OVEN WITH TIGHTLY WRAPPED FOIL COVER FOR 10-12 MIN. STIR, COOK FOR 5 MORE MIN. TOP WITH THIN BUTTER SLICES AND PLACE IN WARMER UNTIL SERVICE.

Dinner rolls

SERVE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE OR PLACE ON BAKING SHEET AND WARM IN LOW OVEN (200-250°) FOR 5-10 MINUTES UNTIL WARM. SERVE HONEY BUTTER COLD OR ROOM TEMPERATURE.

EMPTY GRAVY INTO A SAUCE PAN AND PUT ON LOW HEAT, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY UNTIL SIMMERING AND 165*.
